Hebi has trouble taking 'no' for an answer. When he wants something, he'll go after it even if it's to his own detriment. He's a bit of a loner, despite his high sociability, thanks to a strong independent streak combined with a generally strong personality resulting in many finding him too tempestuous to handle.
He is passionate about music and is a born entertainer who loves to be the center of attention, wanting nothing more than to leave a mark in any way he can manage. Recently, he's formed something of a part-time musical duo with his sometimes-coworker, fellow music lover, and object of desire; Kombu.
BRIEF PERSONALITY:
Invasive, confident, jovial, active, seductive. Rather emotionally unstable due to some sort of mental issue. Doesn't really know what to do with himself when he's alone, and can get pretty lonely. He's a lot of fun to be around for those who favor him, and absolutely unbearable for those who don't. Polarizing. Thinks life is a game. Distressingly comfortable with being butt-ass naked in front of other people. Very good at getting what he wants from others, especially if it pertains to sex or similar physical favors. Manipulative and unscrupulous. There is a side of his personality that is very aggressive and possibly even dangerous that comes out when he feels something that belongs to him is being stolen, or someone/something is getting in his way. Very skilled marksman.

Kombu
(belongs to centimukade) (WIP)Almost as soon as they first met, Hebi quickly became obsessed with Kombu. His obsession only worsened after Kombu indulged him in a hookup sometime later out of simple boredom, resulting in Hebi's powerful conviction that Kombu now belongs to him. He often follows Kombu around basically everywhere, to the point of entering and staying at his apartment without permission (which Kombu is mostly whatever about. lol).
They end up having a lot in common in terms of musical tastes, so they often go to concerts together (often with some of Kombu's other friends). Kombu and Hebi both share musical aspirations as well, so they'll get together for jam sessions & band practice when Kombu isn't working one of his several part-time jobs. Hebi likes to seek him out for help with learning to play guitar, as well as with ideas he has for lyrics, since he considers Kombu a competent songwriter and likes to see what he can do with his ideas.
Though they're simply FWBs and not in any committed relationship, Hebi can't stand that Kombu sleeps with other people and he can become very, very possessive of him. This is often a source of friction between them.

- Hebi has one tattoo, which is a large sea snake that winds up his right leg, from his ankle to just below his hip. You're free to interpret it however you want as long as you keep this basic premise.
- He has a regular Prince Albert piercing, and that's the only one he has at the moment.
- He has a prominent, long, jagged scar on his left side that wraps around his lower rib cage, resembling a huge claw gash. He says it's an old work injury.
